INGREDIENTS

Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salts), Sodium Chloride (Pink Himalayan Sea Salts), Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Essential Oils. 

HOW TO USE

Pour 1/2 - 1 cup of salts into a warm bath and swirl water until salts are dissolved. Soak in bath for 20-30 minutes or as desired. Drink plenty of water before and after your bath to stay hydrated.

CAUTION

Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not let children drink bath water due to the salt content.
